Episode 256 of the podcast features an interview with astrologers Laura Nalbanian and Nicholas Polimenakos about the recent Northwest Astrological Conference (NORWAC), which was recently moved online for the first time in its 36-year history due to the pandemic.
NORWAC is an in-person conference that usually takes place every year in late May over Labor Day weekend in Seattle.
It was originally founded in 1984 by Laura’s mother, Maggie Nalbandian. Episode 75 of the Astrology Podcast.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic that started earlier this year, Laura was unable to hold the conference in person, instead deciding to move it entirely online.
The conference was a success and the purpose of this interview was to talk about what happened and what it was like to transition from an in-person conference to an entirely online conference.
