You can do this exercise in front of a mirror to connect with the mirror. You can also do this exercise while sitting in a chair and twisting your hips. Play a song that makes you want to move and dance!
- Bend your knees and rotate your hips like a hula hoop. Do this for at least a minute, but longer is definitely beneficial.
- Pay full attention to your pelvis as you rotate. Emotions can be many – perhaps sensual feelings or anger that ignores your intuition. Continue in the circle, allowing the feeling to arise with each revolution.
