In the July horoscope, Mars begins its long transit through Aries, Saturn returns to Capricorn, the Moon eclipses the Moon, and Mercury squares Mars for most of the month.
We begin the episode by looking at the horoscope for the second quarter of the year, focusing on Saturn’s entry into Aquarius, where it begins to square Uranus, which should give us an idea of what Saturn’s return to Aquarius will look like in December and beyond.
Two of July’s major transits, Saturn’s return to Capricorn and Mars’ return to Aries, will begin its six-month long journey through Aries, bringing us back to many of the same themes and energies that were present in the first quarter of the year.
Tensions are heightened in July, as a side effect of the second half of Mercury’s retrograde period is that Mercury orbits Mars very closely for most of the month.
Meanwhile, we begin the month with the second of three Jupiter-Pluto conjunctions in Capricorn, as well as the final Lunar Eclipse.
