The sun Leo at 6° | Moon Aquarius at 6 °
That’s the word that came to mind when I first saw the chart for this Full Moon in Aquarius strength. Jupiter-Pluto opposition tightly linked to Sun-Moon opposition: Sun and Jupiter at 6° Leo, opposite Moon at 6° Aquarius, conjunct Pluto at 4°. Jupiter is also considered Kazimit means “Sitting in the Heart of the Sun.” In fact, the influence of the Jupiter-Pluto relationship is especially strong in this full moon chart.
In Richard Tarnas’s book, A Quick Guide to Planetary Archetypeshe names a number of qualities that can be associated with the Jupiter-Pluto pairing. Some of the positive potentials include “the pursuit of excellence,” “great artistic power,” “ambitious enterprises,” “an increased drive to change, enhance, and regenerate one’s environment,” and (one of my favorites) “experiments.” a terrible secret“.
Some of the difficulties include “taking on a project that is too large or high-level to carry out,” “compulsive power struggles with others over cultural or moral issues,” “not having an adequate sense of one’s own limits,” and “a presumption of personal superiority.”
Just by looking at these possibilities, we can imagine the incredible confidence boost that can be had, as well as the potential fallout that can come from climbing to such great heights (metaphorically, of course. Unless you’re skydiving today…be careful, please).

King archetype
There are some ancient schools of thought that associate the Jupiter-Pluto conjunction with the “king maker” signature. Although this was originally said centuries ago in reference to literal kings, we can reimagine the symbolism in a modern context.
Each of us has a place in our life where we have a high status. A place where we value recognition and achievement. This could be at work, through a creative project, or a hobby that gives you a sense of accomplishment. But it can also be your role in the relationship: as a parent, partner or friend. These may seem like simple positions, but they are not. They are the meaningful places you have in other people’s lives.
This idea of the “King” is also deeply connected to the Leo archetype. A healthy expression of a lion can be similar shining with quiet dignity. It doesn’t have to be loud or dramatic. Sometimes it just looks like integrity.
This full moon can be an opportunity to reflect on where you find yourself with influence or high status. You may be actively working towards a goal related to your achievements or creative self-expression. Or maybe today will invite you to recognize areas in your life that you previously did not consider high. You can already see where you shine.

You are the most special person when you don’t think you are special
This is where the Aquarian energy comes in to offer balance. Aquarius reminds us that everyone has value, but no one is superior to another. It’s a symbol that levels the playing field and reminds us that we all belong to something bigger than ourselves. This perspective can serve as an antidote to some of the alarming Jupiter-Pluto themes described by Tarnass.
Also, unique cradle patterns woven into this full moon include Neptune in Aries and Uranus in Gemini. There is more to this configuration. It invites us to think outside of ourselves and in the larger community.
With such powerful energy moving through the sky, perhaps the proposition is not to possess power, but to participate in it. rather than thinking that your power, consider yourself a channel through which power temporarily flows. There is a subtle but important difference.
When we believe that the power belongs to us, we can get caught up in some of the more difficult expressions of Jupiter-Pluto. But when we recognize ourselves as part of something bigger, we can work with this energy more intelligently and allow it to move through us rather than being familiar with it.

Exercise for today
Consider the areas of high status in your life. Go through all the arenas (you can even use the frame of 12 houses to help you!).
Then think about these places and evaluate how you feel in these positions. Do you feel confident and proud of your role? Do you feel like you shine brightly and honestly in these areas of your life? How can you live up to the idea of ”shine with quiet dignity” in these parts of your life?
Here’s one way to tap into that energy: shift your mindset from holding on to power in each of these areas of your life. service to others. How can you offer your creativity, encouragement, wisdom, or presence? How to give from the heart?
You may notice that something has changed significantly. The need to have power begins to soften and instead you simply become a channel through which it flows. Perhaps this is where Leo and Aquarius meet. Leo reminds us to shine. Aquarius reminds us that the light was never ours. It just begs to be expressed.
