Don’t let the lack of capital letters behind your name put you off. Credentials can never compete with experience. You may not be an expert in the technical sense, but that has never stopped your colleagues or clients from treating you as one. That said, don’t be bored on May 1st when dealing with someone who has collected all those levels. It is not unreasonable to assume that he is talking to you.
