In episode 278, astrologers Chris Brennan and Lisa Shaim look at the astrology of the 2020 US presidential election and reflect on what we’ve learned as astrologers, the results are in.
In the first part of the episode, we discuss the much-anticipated Mercury retrograde, which is located directly on Election Day and coincides with delays in the election results.
We will then look at some of the technical factors in the birth charts of the candidates that worked to show the results and discuss what we have learned from the various methods that astrologers have used.
We then discuss several other topics, such as the role of bias and media sources to provide context on the part of the astrologer, the need to rate or rank horoscopes, and some thoughts on the nature of astrological prediction.
