A person with Sun Moon Saturn conjunction in Cancer. Because of Saturn he has to mature (for his age) or vice versa – takes longer than others of his age because Saturn blocks emotional maturity? Which one? Also, conflicting opinions about the following. Some say this combination makes a person more prone to depression, others say not. This is an interesting combination of hot emotional Cancer and completely opposite cold restrictive Saturn. And this is what makes it difficult to understand. What do you think?

Great question! Saturn conjunct the sun in any sign almost always means a serious sign. I would expect someone with a Sun Saturn conjunction in Cancer to be very familiar with the weight of the family burden. In some cases, the lack of family is a burden. May be responsible for the feelings of others; they may be the cook in the family or may be in some position of authority, which may cause problems with their siblings. “How does he lead?”
I think depression points in here, as cancer feels. But there may be other things in the table that choose a person.
I would argue that Saturn doesn’t have to be cold and restrictive. Saturn can be an extraordinary parent, patient, humble, fair-minded and offers well-deserved support. Spend time with someone’s undisciplined, self-absorbed brat, shredding every room they enter; you know what i mean.
This compound is not at war with itself; this is marriage. You see a person who controls emotions. Professional grade groomer. Someone is willing to do the hard work because someone has to.
In conclusion, if I see the Sun conjunct Saturn in Cancer, I see an equipped person. I also think they paid dearly for their achievements. This is not an easy aspect.
