Sometimes this is the strongest form soul work available to us.

as a very sensitive introvertI find this often the most The healing and grounding moments I experience happen in total solitude, often in nature. These times of quiet contemplation allow me to think, dream, and breathe to replenish my life force.
Perhaps most importantly, they allow me to reconnect my soula deeper, true Self that feels connected to the whole glittering web of life.
To be honest, being in the hustle and bustle and interacting with others doesn’t allow me to do that most of the time. It has the effect of filling me up interactions based on words, ideas and egoall this weakens my soul rather than nourishes it.
