Episode 251 features an interview with astrologer Becca Tarnas, where we discuss her work with Carl Jung’s Red Book, as well as the connection between outer planetary cycles and recent world events.
Becca practices archetypal astrology and is the current editor Archai: Journal of Archetypal Cosmologyrecently released its seventh issue in January Historical roots and current flowering.
During the interview, we talk about her background in archetypal astrology, what it’s like to be a second-generation astrologer, why Jung’s Red Book is important and relevant to astrologers, and how the recent Saturn-Pluto conjunction relates to what’s happening in the world today.
Becca holds a PhD in Philosophy and Religion California Institute for Integral Studies in San Francisco with a thesis titled The Back of Beyond: The Red Books by CG Jung and JRR Tolkien.
