Episode 282 interviews astrologer Robert Weinstein about his work using astrology to study fluctuations in the value of a cryptocurrency called Bitcoin.
Robert wrote an article about bitcoin astrology in The Mountain Astrologer last year and approached me last summer about doing an episode on the topic, although I wasn’t quite ready at the time.
Although my interest in the subject has recently been renewed, when the value of Bitcoin reached its peak New high on November 30this coincided with the Lunar Eclipse in Gemini that we talked about in last month’s horoscope.
So we decided to sit down yesterday and record a comprehensive three hour discussion on the connections between astrology and Bitcoin and some of Robert’s research.
We’ll spend most of the first hour talking about what Bitcoin is and how it came to be, introducing it to a beginner audience, then in the second and third hours we’ll get more familiar with Bitcoin’s birth chart and look at some previous instances where price changes have coincided with Bitcoin’s chart transition.
Finally, we’ll also talk a bit about the future and some of the expected changes in currencies as Uranus moves through Taurus, as well as some long-term transits for the Bitcoin chart in general.
