Dear reader,
I broke my leg. There is no other way to say it. It sounds unbelievable, but I did it, and I can’t have surgery to fix it because the medical team at NYU Langone agreed that it would be too dangerous. I was born with a rare condition that causes my left leg to bleed profusely. Mother nature will fuse my tibia together and it will take three months to heal. A month has passed, so I have two months to go. After that, physical therapy will begin to help me get stronger and keep my left knee from bending when I walk.
On the evening of April 20th, I arrived at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch to speak at the retreat. I went to dinner at a steakhouse about a mile away. My cousin Maria, who lives in San Francisco, came with me to the Ranch and was with me when the accident happened. The two of us were looking forward to spending the weekend in the fresh air of Simi Valley.
After dinner (it was in a very isolated area) I called an Uber. The driver seemed a bit confused, even though I explained in detail how we looked and dressed, but finally he saw us waving at him.
He stopped the car, and since my hand was about 4 inches from the Tesla door handle, the driver unexpectedly moved forward about 12 inches. I fell backwards onto the sharp concrete stones in the street, severely injuring my coccyx, and in the process, I hit my left foot on the pavement and fractured my tibia below my knee cap. It’s nobody’s fault, just an accident.
The left femur is my birth defect – not only is my circulatory system compromised, but I also have no marrow in my left leg because of it. So I’m as unbreakable as a porcelain teacup. I broke this leg five times.
I can’t sit up straight yet because my coccyx is still very sore, but I figured I could type on my laptop side-by-side, and I can!
I wear a leg immobilizer, which is made of a steel rod and Velcro, and it goes from my ankle to my thigh, and I have to wear it day and night, even when I sleep. It is heavy, but the foot loves to cuddle in it. The bone does not move in this cast. I’m on crutches (I call them “chopsticks”) and I walk as slowly as a little turtle. All of this is difficult because I live alone and still don’t have the energy to go to my mailbox in the lobby of my building.
I am careful not to take pain pills during the day. I have to be clear as a bell when I write for you.
Enough about me! Let’s take a look at June.
It will be an exciting month as Jupiter makes its legendary move into Leo for the first time in 12 years. It is important to read what will happen on June 30! When the planets start playing musical chairs again, everyone expects something new. In your forecast, I will detail how you will benefit from the new placement of Jupiter, the planet of happiness, growth and fortune.
Pluto is in an air sign (Aquarius), Neptune and Saturn are in fire (Aries), and Uranus is in air (Gemini). Jupiter has been in the watery sign of Cancer until now, but it joins the crowd of planets in air and fire when it enters Leo, a fire sign. They all fit together, so we’ll have to see how that goes. It is rare for all outer planets to be in compatible signs.
Mercury will enter retrograde from June 29 to July 23, so try to complete all your important actions in the first half of the month.
The New Moon on June 14th will be a Void Moon, which is unusual, and if you’re not familiar with the concept of a Void Moon, you’ll find out if you read your June forecast. When the moon is empty, it is not wise to take any important actions, because they may fall flat and fail.
I’ve created an entire lunar space app called “Moonlight Stages” that’s available on the Apple App Store and Google Play. It’s only $7.99 and it makes it through 2050, every day – yes, every day!
Both of my apps (my other app is Astro Zone Horoscope which gives you detailed daily forecasts) have built in GPS. That way, when you travel, the app will automatically learn and adjust the correct time for your location. You will always get accurate information from my apps when moving through different time zones.
If you allow notifications, you don’t even have to check the app—the app will show you on your screen when the month is empty and it’s empty—and you’ll know because the speed is faster. I use my Moonlight Phases app every day.
On a side note, I want you to know that my predictive, astrological calendar is currently 50 percent off for $15.00 plus shipping, so don’t forget to order your copy. It is stunning with amazing illustrations by Izak Zenu. Readers say that they had no idea how beautiful the calendar is in real life.
You will see all my predictions for the days in the coming months, as well as all the retrogrades and the rest of the planetary movements and my explanation of what these aspects mean. You get January 2026 and January 2027 because I always give an extra month in my calendar.
If you live in Europe or beyond, our wonderful exclusive distributor in London, Malini, also sells my calendar. go to www.astrologyzonecalendar.co.uk. Shipping from London will be lower than ours in the US. You can follow Mali on Instagram @astrologyzonecalendar.uk
We have eclipses in August, so we have a lot of variation in the wind. You will see what I write about them in the upcoming 2026 Astrology Wall Calendar – there are many details.
Enjoy the month of June, dear reader, as you look forward to Jupiter’s new placement. I am eager to know the new benefits I have received from this wonderful planet of luck!
Sincerely,
Susan
