In episode 377, astrologer Aerin Fogel joins the podcast to discuss using astrology as a healing tool for intergenerational trauma.
We covered some heavy topics in this episode because the focus was on healing the wound, but it turned out to be a very interesting and comprehensive discussion.
Our focus was on the emerging field of epigenetics and the notion that major traumas can be passed down through generations, and how this might parallel astrology through specific astrological signs.
We talked about Aerin’s personal connection to this topic, as she comes from a family of Holocaust survivors, and later talked about the history and some of the signatures associated with it, as well as the field of epigenetic research in general.
We’ve also spent a lot of time on myths and how they relate to astrology and sometimes include deeper archetypal truths that can depict family dynamics and traumas, and how they can help in the healing process of some of those traumas.
