You will need:

1.) Begin by cleansing your aura using the medium of your choice. Start at the top of your head and work your way down your body. Read the following when cleaning:
“I honor the vessel that is my body. I honor all of its experiences and what it has been through. I honor the full vessel of this vessel, the mistakes, the wins, the losses, the triumphs, and everything in between. I am deeply grateful for this body, this mind, this heart. I love you.
2.) Next, turn on your favorite song to dance to and let your body move freely through your space. Give yourself permission to act in any way that feels good to you. If you like, close your eyes for a moment and just feel your body moving to the music.
3.) After you finish your dance song, grab your pen and paper and write down 5 things you want to manifest in your life. Choose one of these desires and then identify 3 actions that will help you get closer to your desire. Leave your intentions on your altar or somewhere you can remember them.
4.) Now, take another piece of paper and write a love affirmation to yourself on it. Be as creative or as simple as you like. Use masking tape to tape your affirmation to your bathroom mirror or somewhere else you can see it. Try to keep the affirmation up until the corresponding Aries Full Moon on September 26th.
5.) To close, do yourself Read the Aries new moon card. As you read this video, you will be directed to choose one of three cards. The card you choose will have a message for you to work through this Aries lunar cycle.
