In Episode 483, astrologers Chris Brennan and Nick Dagan Best discuss what happened in the past when the planets Saturn and Neptune formed a conjunction every 36 years, and how these alignments often coincided with important turning points in history.
We spend the first three quarters of the episode, starting with the 1989 conjunction, then going back 36 years, looking in detail at the most recent Saturn-Neptune conjunctions of 1952/3, 1917, 1882, 1846, 1809, 177.
In the final part of the episode, we highlight recurring themes encountered in several compounds and extend our study to 500 BC.
By looking at past conjunctions, we hope to better understand what the current Saturn-Neptune conjunction means, which is now forming in the sky in 2025 and 2026.
