Being a violent person means that you experience some of the following feelings, desires, and behaviors:

  • You have great inner drive (or “fire”).
  • You are sincere
  • You are selfless
  • You are interested in the truth (some people may be uncomfortable with your brutal honesty)
  • You feel everything deeply
  • You often think about it the meaning of life and other “hot” topics

All of these qualities can help you grow, change, and yes, spiritual awakening.

Many people with intense personalities have awakened, questioning their choices, seeking higher goals, and trying to find their destiny.

Being intense is probably you will not stay on the face of life like most other people. Something inside you (we call it inner wolf), prompts you to go soul searching.

Can you see why this can be such a valuable quality?

Your ferocity will push you down paths that few would dare to explore or tread. This means that whole worlds that cannot be opened easily to others will open up to you softer inclination

I wonder if you are a strong person.

Here are some obvious signs:

1. If we feel safe, it doesn’t take long for us to open up. Think for 2 minutes at most!

2. We spend hours thinking about ideas. And hours. And hours.

3. Sometimes we plan to do or say something weeks in advance. Sometimes months.

4. We always worry about everything and everyone. To the point of mental exhaustion.

5. Our eye contact is strong. Conversely, we may feel uncomfortable making eye contact because of the intensity of our inner thoughts and feelings.

6. We want to help everyone and everything. For example, if we see a snail crawling across the sidewalk, we stop to help it cross. If someone stepped on it, we’d scream, scream, or stare wistfully at its remains for far longer than the “average person.”

7. We use strong language and speak with a confidence that makes others uncomfortable.

8. We prefer private messages and one-on-one communication with people. Being in large groups makes us feel more social.

9. We give special attention to everyone we talk to. This can make a person feel very flattered or very uncomfortable.

10. We bring up weird and awkward topics in normal conversations. Think divorce, sex life, religionpolitics, mental illness, hemorrhoids… 🙂

11. We experience strong highs and lows. Brother, we feel everything strongly.

12. We are honest and sincere to a fault.

13. We have a strong “spirit line”. We are interested in the philosophies and ways in which the beautiful “outside” can seem to the everyday person.

14. We think about deep questions, “Why was I born?” “What happens after I die?” “What’s the point of it all?”

15. We want to spend the whole day, every day, with our loved ones. Yes, I agree that it can be seen as “tacky” – but we have such BIG hearts!

16. We don’t like to have large social networks – they dilute our intensity too much.

17. We are fierce romantic idealists. Yes, we have a strong romantic streak. No, we are not ashamed of it.

18. We easily become emotionally attached to characters in books, TV shows, and movies. When Jack died in Titanic and Dobby died in Harry Potter… we cried tears. For days.

19. We strive for meaningful conversations. There is no such thing as “small talk” or “silly banter” for us.

How to embrace your strong personality

It can be hard to be a strong person in a world where everyone is trying to fit in, fit in, and be liked.

When others find us too “extra”, dramatic, strange or intensemay be tempted to play small and hide. Yet we struggle to stay inside the little boxes that society tries to fill us into.

Remember that you are the essence gift.

If you want to become more accepting of who you are, here are some guidelines:

  1. Learn how to deepen yourself self-esteem.
  2. Practice self love daily habit.
  3. Go a little self care practices when everything is overwhelming.
  4. Learn to learn how to trust your intuition – it helps you make friends with the right people who love and accept you for who you are.
  5. A hug spirituality as an outlet for your intensity—some the best mystics and the sages had fierce personalities (and you can relate to them!)
  6. Give it a try breathing to relieve stress and tension.
  7. Learn on what basis to stay So you can take whatever the world throws at you.
