Weekly Forecast: April 6-10, 2026 – Mars Appears – ElsaElsa

Lara Harris for elsaelsa.comLara Harris for elsaelsa.comThis week, Mars completes its Pisces transit with an electric sextile to Uranus at the end of Venus-ruled Taurus, precisely on Wednesday. A day later, he pierces the veil and enters Aries, a fiery stage for his sign and his signature essence. It’s like He-Man and his flaming sword: “I have the power of …!”

It’s very transitional and what’s going on behind the scenes affects what’s going on under the lights. With the Sun, Chiron, Neptune, and Saturn in Aries ruled by Mars, we must ask, “What am I striving for? What is the purpose of the movement? What do I want to achieve, and how do I take things from imagination to reality?” Figure it out when the learning curve is in easy mode. If possible, seek a mentor. If you don’t know where to start, you may be blindsided by an opportunity. A Mars-Uranus flash appears across Pisces-Taurus. Pay attention to your shot. Don’t wait for your dreams to come true.

Are you here to start a revolution? Yes you are. Everyone this week. Plant the seeds of self-investment by improving your connection with your inner resources.

But what you can do to increase your chances is to pay attention to signs and patterns and listen to what’s bubbling up from within. Or you find them in nature and in the palette of interconnected collective wisdom. Mercury conjuncts Pallas Athena all week, so make sure you let two and two come together. When Mars turns into Aries and conjoins Neptune, the movement is fully armed with spirit. Join the flow and practice in advance. Then it is familiar to slip into the stream when it calculates; you will be ready.

Towards the end of the week, Venus in Taurus will make a sextile orb to Jupiter in Cancer. Taurus Venus increases pleasure with enthusiasm. The sweep of the week increases the value of the prize, but you will have to go out there and earn it. It’s not just a desire, it’s a mood. Socializing is a mood booster. The shared enjoyment is exponential.

Monday’s Sagittarius Moon sextiles Aquarius Pluto trine Saturn in Aries. It quincunxes Venus and then Jupiter before trine the Aries Sun overnight. The hype builds up early and it would be a shame to just screw it up. Set a goal for the day, even if it’s just a jumping off point. Go somewhere else you won’t go anywhere and will waste a lot of energy. Having a sense of humor about the arc of the day is MARCH.

On Tuesday, the Sage Moon perfects its trine to the Sun, then squares Mercury, Pallas, and Mars. Everything is possible! Or so it seems. Start early before dissonance clouds your sense of flow and purpose. Contrast is inevitable, but it teaches us where the edges are. You can’t rationalize things, but you can insist on sticking to the truth and acting with integrity.

On Wednesday, the Moon ends in Sagittarius and Mars makes a perfect sextile to Uranus. Take a chance and try. When the Moon hits Saturn-ruled Capricorn, it squares Neptune and Saturn in Aries, then goes into a trine orb with Venus in Taurus. Don’t let your morning momentum fade and tank; but if you do, don’t beat yourself up about it. Hang in there and you’ll find solid ground again. Trust that you will find it. Satisfaction with emotional regulation is real.

On Thursday morning, the Capricorn Moon makes a perfect trine to Venus. It then opposes Jupiter, Mars moves into Aries, and the Moon squares the Sun. We’ve made a quarter turn since last week’s full moon. There is a bigger perspective, and we put it on the foundation of a satisfying and pleasant mood. They say, “You can’t make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear,” but there’s something to be said for getting the best out of what you’ve got. Do you want hysteria and drama, or do you want meaning and emotional action?

Friday’s Capricorn Moon sextiles Mercury and Pallas Athena, then it squares Chiron in Aries and trines Uranus in Taurus. Just because you know what to do doesn’t mean you’ll enjoy doing it. It’s not just a matter of going through the pain – it’s not always a good idea. It’s just a matter of being willing to go far enough out of your comfort zone to overcome the discomfort (but not to the point where it’s painful). Failure is a stepping stone to success. Climbing the stairs is exciting.

In the afternoon/evening, the Moon moves into Aquarius and becomes sextile with Mars-Neptune in Aries. The mood of the air feeds the first steps of a fiery fantasy. Play around with the shape of things as much as you can, as we’ll be working on blocking it soon.
